Alon Viner

“A van is approached us in the parking lot with people with Kalashnikovs, shooting on automatic.”

Alon Viner, 25 years old from Shoham, worked at Nova Festival when the attack began.

“We decided to drive towards the border because there are soldiers and military outposts there, but we only found there dozens of unarmed Gazans who infiltrated Israel.” After a grueling journey through the winding paths, being fired upon from all sides, Alon escaped with his friends. Today he is sure that his survival was not due to luck but thanks to the decisions he has made in the field.
