“I see two people reading ‘Shema Yisrael’ (Jewish prayer). I didn’t feel the need, but I kept saying to myself ‘how good is God’. And that’s what was with me there.” Mitar Gamaliel, 24 years old from Rosh Ha’Ain, escaped from the “Nova” at first, but still suffers from nightmares. “I got through it, but the hardest thing is the thoughts after: why did I survive and others didn’t.”
